Welcome to Enrichment Central (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and marketplace platform (the “Platform”), operated in Singapore. By registering an account, browsing, listing, or booking through Enrichment Central, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Enrichment Central

Enrichment Central is an online marketplace based in Singapore connecting:

Parents and learners (“Customers”) who wish to discover and book enrichment classes; and

Class organizers (“Providers”) who list, promote, and manage their enrichment programs.

We operate under Singapore law and comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and other relevant regulations.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Marketplace Relationship

Enrichment Central is not a service provider. We act solely as a facilitating platform connecting Customers and Providers.

  • Bookings made through the Platform form a contract directly between the Customer and the Provider.

  • Enrichment Central does not control or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of services offered.

  • Any disputes arising from a booking must be resolved between the parties involved, though we may offer mediation support.

4. Listings and Bookings

A. For Customers

  • Before confirming a booking, review the class description, schedule, and refund policy.

  • All payments are processed through our payment partner Stripe, subject to its own terms.

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Provider’s stated policy.

  • You agree not to misuse contact information of Providers for unrelated purposes.

B. For Providers

  • You must ensure all listing details (title, description, pricing, and schedule) are accurate, lawful, and non-misleading.

  • You represent and warrant that you have all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance (if required by law).

  • You are responsible for managing your own refund and cancellation policies.

  • By listing your services, you grant Enrichment Central a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and market your listings within the Platform and promotional materials.

  • You agree not to list or promote content that infringes intellectual property, misrepresents services, or violates community standards.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Enrichment Central uses Stripe for secure payments and payouts.

  • By using the Platform, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.

  • We may collect a service fee on transactions for platform maintenance and marketing.

  • All transactions are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

  • You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your earnings or purchases.

6. Reviews and Feedback

  • Customers may post reviews of classes they have attended.

  • Reviews must be truthful, respectful, and based on genuine experience.

  • We reserve the right to remove any review deemed inappropriate, defamatory, or misleading.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All Platform content — including branding, interface design, text, and software — belongs to Enrichment Central or its licensors.

  • Providers retain ownership of their listing content but grant Enrichment Central the rights needed to host, display, and promote such content.

  • You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;

  • Upload or distribute malware, spam, or harmful content;

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;

  • Collect or harvest personal data from other users;

  • Interfere with Platform functionality or servers.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension, removal of content, or legal enforcement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Enrichment Central provides the Platform “as is” and “as available.”

  • We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of listings or third-party integrations.

  • Enrichment Central is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from use of the Platform.

  • Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enrichment Central, its directors, employees, and partners from any claim, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms;

  • Your use or misuse of the Platform; or

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. We comply with Singapore’s PDPA and the GDPR where applicable, ensuring your personal information is handled lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms or applicable laws;

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity is detected; or

  • Required by a government or regulatory authority.

You may close your account anytime by contacting support@enrichmentcentral.com.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall first be attempted through amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

14. Amendments

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
