Enrichment Central is an online marketplace based in Singapore where:

Parents and learners (“Customers”) can discover, book, and review enrichment classes and programs.

Class providers and organizers (“Providers”) can list, promote, and manage their services.

Our platform is powered by Sharetribe and operates under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the EU.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.

Provide accurate and up-to-date account information.

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Use the Platform only for lawful and intended purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms.

3. Marketplace Terms

For Customers (Parents / Learners)

All bookings made through Enrichment Central are between you and the respective service provider.

Please review each class’s specific terms before confirming a booking.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe; Enrichment Central does not store credit card details.

Cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds are subject to the provider’s policies.

For Service Providers

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings, descriptions, and media.

You must comply with all relevant local regulations, including permits, insurance, or licensing (if applicable).

Providers grant Enrichment Central a non-exclusive right to display, promote, and distribute their listings for marketing purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including logos, text, graphics, and software — belongs to Enrichment Central or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission. Providers retain ownership of their own class descriptions, photos, and videos but grant Enrichment Central usage rights for listing and marketing.

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Below outlines how we collect, use, and disclose information.

A. Data We Collect

We collect information necessary for bookings and listings:

For Customers: name, contact details, booking info, and reviews.

For Providers: business and contact info, photos, payment details, and verification data.

Automatically via cookies and Google Analytics for performance tracking.

Payment data handled securely through Stripe; we do not store credit card details.

B. Purpose of Collection

We use your data to:

Facilitate bookings, payments, and communication

Manage user accounts and listings

Improve platform performance and user experience

Send updates, newsletters, or promotions (only with consent)

Comply with legal obligations

C. Third Parties

We may share limited data with trusted partners, including:

Stripe (payments)

Acts or omissions of third-party Providers or payment processors.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if:

• You breach these Terms or applicable laws;

• Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected; or

• Required by regulatory authorities.
